With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.
At Pali Momi, the Quality Management team strengthens the organization by promoting a data-driven approach to systematic quality and improvement. The team maintains accreditation status with The Joint Commission and with Federal and State regulating agencies. It supports the mission of the organization by ensuring that appropriate quality tools are used to measure and facilitate performance improvements, and promoting a culture of safety. Among other services, the department staff participates in national quality programs to ensure the monitoring of quality performance and evaluate how standards are being met.

As the Patient Safety and Quality Management Analyst, you will provide insight about data that will be used to support the development of new programs and make recommendations to ensure the viability of operational decisions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Finance or Business related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Two (2) to three (3) years of experience working with healthcare analytics and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge and mastery of Microsoft Access and Excel. Experience in health outcomes research. Advanced knowledge of statistical methods or analytic techniques.
