Job Description

The Hawai‘i Pacific Health Medical Group is comprised of over 700 employed physicians and advanced practice providers. Together with our four medical centers (Kapi‘olani, Pali Momi, Straub, and Wilcox) and more than 50 convenient clinic locations statewide, our nonprofit health system is one of the state’s largest health care providers. Our network of physicians and specialists work together to provide a distinctive and effective model of coordinated care for maintaining the health and wellness of our patients.

The Palliative care team aims to address the full spectrum of physical, emotional, spiritual and social concerns that may arise with advanced illness.

If you enjoy working with people and believe in warm, compassionate health care, you could be the next Nurse Practitioner in our Palliative Medicine department. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, including evaluation, treatment and technical procedures to a specific group of patients, as well as provide health education, referrals to other disciplines, and consultation with other allied health personnel. We are looking for someone dedicated and experienced, with excellent care and communication skills and a commitment to our vision of delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
