With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.

Patient Services Administration supports the hospital/clinic leadership and is responsible for assigned areas within our flagship Clinical Service Line operations. These areas may include quality and financial performance, marketing strategies, human resource planning, medical staff relationships, and research and education initiatives. The Patient Services Administration team works closely with other health care leadership and staff within Pali Momi Medical Center to ensure that Clinical Service Line operations are running smoothly. They also provide staffing services for the hospitals and serve the facility with customer service, clinical competency and fiscal responsibility.

As the Patient Navigator – Registered Nurse, you will help to provide compassionate, supportive patient care. This talented and committed individual initiates the management of service activities for these patients, facilitating multidisciplinary communication and providing expert oversight and education to achieve the best patient outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Current Hawai‘i RN license. Current BLS/HCP Card. Three (3) years of clinical experience in nursing area of specialty demonstrating abilities for self-management, critical thinking, problem resolution, and proven ability to work with diverse personalities and situations.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in nursing or health related field. Certificate in area of specialty within one (1) year of hire. Experience as a Patient Navigator or one (1) year case management.
