The Pharmacy department is responsible for compounding and dispensing pharmaceuticals, supplies, medications and large-to-small volume parenterals, as well as providing drug information and education. We strive to ensure that our patients and clients receive safe and effective medication by applying the highest standards of modern pharmaceutical care.

As the Pharmacy Data Analyst, you will complete 340B program audits, analyze audit data, and recommend processes for improvement to ensure ongoing compliance with 340B program requirements. You will evaluate drug purchase and utilization data, identify opportunities for waste elimination, drug cost savings, standardization, and collaborate with vendors, Supply Chain, Pharmacy and others to facilitate system-wide solutions implementation. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Health Care related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or related work experience. Three (3) of hospital pharmacy purchasing experience or related pharmacy technician experience in a hospital setting to include pharmacy purchasing.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Pharmacy Technician Training Board (PTCB). Previous experience with 340B program and pharmacy inventory management.
