Hawaii Pacific Health Budgets and Contracts Analyst - IT in Honolulu, Hawaii

Job Description Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network with over 70 locations statewide including medical centers, clinics, physicians and other caregivers serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region with high quality, compassionate care. Information Technology (IT) implements, supports and maintains all systems at Hawai‘i Pacific Health facilities. The department encompasses the people, records and activities that process the data and information in the organization. The team provides support to users, and acts as the key liaison between the business community and vendors. It also codes, defines criteria, performs testing and debugging, and maintains programs in order to meet the informational needs of Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s numerous facilities and administrative offices.

If you are extremely organized and detail-oriented, you can help to uphold Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s financial and operational excellence as the Information Technology Budget and Contracts Analyst. In this role, you will perform Vendor Contract reviews and negotiations and provide oversight of the department’s operating and capital budgets. We are looking for someone with outstanding financial and communication skills, an appreciation for fiscal management and a commitment to our vision of delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Health Care and/or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Three (3) years experience in business, accounting, Information Technology vendor negotiations or financial analysis, with computer background. Valid driver's license and abstract. Current Hawai‘i auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling Information Technology Contract Negotiations and review.

Hawai‘i Pacific Health offers a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that includes pay and benefits. The pay rate, if displayed, is the minimum hourly rate for the position. Rate of pay for selected candidates will be determined by various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience and training, as well as internal peer equity.

Starting Hourly Rate: 37.75
