Information Technology (IT) implements, supports and maintains all systems at Hawai‘i Pacific Health facilities. The department encompasses the people, records and activities that process the data and information in the organization. The team provides support to users, and acts as the key liaison between the business community and vendors. It also codes, defines criteria, performs testing and debugging, and maintains programs in order to meet the informational needs of Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s numerous facilities and administrative offices. Our Server team is responsible for installing, monitoring and maintaining of Windows server systems on the Hawai‘i Pacific Health network.

As the Collaboration Systems Tech, you will create, implement, operate and support Hawai‘i Pacific Health’s collaboration systems. You will oversee Microsoft Office365, telehealth systems, audio and video conferencing systems, and visual and interactive display systems. You will also support staff with system performance during events and troubleshoout collaboration equipment, applications and related technologies.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Three (3) years of experience supporting collaboration technologies. One (1) year of experience with the administration of Microsoft Office365. Experience with planning, designing and implementation of simple projects.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Experience supporting desktop computers. Experience with digital video editing, multimedia, web streaming, and/or video conferencing equipment and support.
