The Supply Chain Management team is dedicated to overseeing the contracting for and procurement and analysis of equipment, merchandise and supplies within the organization’s guidelines for cost, quality and accurate delivery. Staff may review and develop pricing agreements, maintain the division management information system module, analyze data to provide standardization / cost reduction opportunities, place orders for items or physically receive, stock and transport a variety of items to and from off-site locations, handle messenger pickups and deliveries outside the facilities, maintain stockroom inventories, route incoming goods to proper departments and research or negotiate products according to quality, price and value standards.

If you are highly organized and detail-oriented, you can help our Supply Chain Management Division to manage the portfolio of supply agreements throughout the Hawai‘i Pacific Health network. You will be responsible for various projects and assignments in the Contracting function of the Supply Chain Management Division.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Health Care Administration. One (1) year experience related to purchasing, contract analysis, proposal development or related functions. Experience in a health care supply chain management contracting or finance/analysis.
