As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will provide overall administrative support and partner with the Physician and Advanced Practice Providers Recruitment team to facilitate the onboarding experience for Hawai'i Pacific Health Medical Group new providers. You will play a key role in creating a streamlined hiring and onboarding process as well as assist in developing strategic recruitment plans. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a talent for multitasking and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination, training, and/or related experience. Three (3) years of Human Resources or related administrative experience in office setting.

Preferred Qualifications: Recruitment experience in provider recruitment or health care setting.
