Your role as Operations Director will be crucial in managing the day-to-day operations and performance of Hawai‘i Health Partners. You will provide leadership, direction, and implement initiatives to ensure that the organization achieves maximum operational and clinical effectiveness with regards to clinical care, service excellence, quality outcomes, and financial viability. We are looking for someone who pays strong attention to detail, enjoys working with others in a team-oriented atmosphere and is committed to helping our organization deliver the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience leading quality and performance improvement initiatives. Five (5) years of general management experience working with professionals in a healthcare or other service related environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree. Five (5) years of experience managing a health care environment (eg., clinics, hospitals, or practice operations).
