At Hawai'i Pacific Health, the Oncology Service Line combines the varied resources across our major hospitals and clinics to provide multidisciplinary, in-depth and highly skilled health care to cancer patients. The Oncology Service Line, which includes Cancer Centers and treatment services at Straub, Pali Momi, Kapi‘olani and Wilcox, is dedicated to providing Cancer Care that is comprehensive, coordinated and connected across the continuum of care professionals.
As the Director of the Oncology Service Line, you will guide one of our most important areas of clinical service and ensure that we continue to provide compassionate and sensitive oncological care for patients facing the challenges of cancer diagnosis and treatment. You will be responsible for the clinical service line operations, including quality, financial performance, marketing strategies, human resource planning, medical staff relationships, research and education. We are looking for someone dynamic and innovative, with excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of clinical and women’s health care and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Five (5) years of progressive experience in management of oncology/women’s health programs.
Preferred Qualifications: Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License.
