Hawai‘i Pacific Health is next embarking on an Epic Gold Stars and Refuel initiative with a focus on implementing Epic available functionalities to further improve physician and nursing productivity, population health, quality, patient engagement, and operating margin success. We are currently looking for temporary employees across multiple Epic modules to help ensure the success of this overall optimization initiative for the health system. These are 2-year positions based in Honolulu, Hawai‘i.
The position will feature:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Certification or Proficiency. At least two (2) years of design and build experience in Resolute Hospital Billing.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Resolute Hospital Billing, revenue cycle, and understanding of insurances and claims processing workflows. Excellent customer service skills.
