Job Description
Hawai'i Pacific Health is a not-for-profit health care network with over 70 locations statewide including medical centers, clinics, physicians and other caregivers serving Hawai'i and the Pacific Region with high quality, compassionate care. Its four medical centers - Kapi'olani, Pali Momi, Straub and Wilcox - specialize in innovative programs in women’s health, pediatric care, cardiovascular services, cancer care, bone and joint services and more. Hawai'i Pacific Health is recognized nationally for its excellence in patient care and the use of electronic health records to improve quality and patient safety.
The Philanthropy department at Hawai‘i Pacific Health aims to create and develop sustainable philanthropy initiatives across the organization. As a nonprofit hospital system, we provide care to all people, regardless of their ability to pay. Philanthropic support from the community is therefore vital and enables us to ensure that everyone who needs care can receive it. Donors help to bring state-of-the-art technologies to Hawai‘i because our families deserve them. Donations are utilized in patient services and programs, research and education, areas of greatest need at each facility, and endowment.
As the Advancement Services Manager, you will provide strategic administrative leadership and operational support for the Foundation's donor advancement efforts. You will be responsible for donor database management, donor stewardship activities, and data-driven strategies to enhance donor engagement. You will also ensure integrity, accuracy, and security of the donor database while supporting the Foundation of Hawaii Pacific Health's goals by improving processes and data insights. We are looking for someone who is confident working with minimal supervision in a diverse professional environment that includes heavy interaction with customers and executive leadership. If you are motivated and enthusiastic, able to set work priorities independently, pay strong attention to detail and are committed to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.
