Our Marketing team is a dynamic group of individuals who are committed to the mission of creating a healthier Hawai‘i through strategic public relations, advertising, digital marketing, special events, social media and web development. The department works closely with Hawai‘i Pacific Health leadership, physicians, administrators, and hospital and clinic managers to accomplish its goals. It also coordinates hospital involvement in community events and spearheads other initiatives that build the organization’s public image. If you are highly detailed and resourceful, you can help to support initiatives that promote the brand, public image, and business objectives of the system in the broader community.
As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the department’s database and email marketing functions including lead and list generation, overall campaign and vendor tracking and management of the company’s market research function. We are looking for someone with outstanding analytical, communications and planning skills with the ability to work with others in a team-oriented atmosphere and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Three (3) years of experience in a quantitative marketing area (marketing analysis, database marketing, CRM strategy) and at least two (2) years of market research experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) years to seven (7) years of experience in quantitative marketing areas and five (5) years of market research experience.
