The Financial Planning department provides quality financial services to the organization’s systems, directors and internal staff by acting as a liaison and business partner. Department staff offer in-depth financial analysis and review of the organization’s operations to understanding past financial performance and its impact on the future; develop new and effective programs; and to ensure the financial viability of the entire organization over time.
If you have excellent organizational and management skills, you could be our next Manager of Financial Planning. In this role, you will oversee the development of capital and annual operating budgets and management reporting for the assigned medical center. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Five (5) years of experience in financial planning, preparing and understanding capital budgets, annual operating budgets, and management reporting. Previous experience in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree, Certified Public Accountant, or Health care Financial Profession Certification. Health care experience.
