As the Supervisor, ACO Analytics for Hawai‘i Health Partners, your role will be to provide leadership and direction to the day-to-day operations of the department, coordinating office resources and personnel, and maintaining and creating organizational programs to support the goals of Hawai‘i Health Partners (HHP). You will also be tasked with planning, implementing, and evaluating the organizational strategies, policies and practices, and processes and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Three (3) years in health care with demonstrated administrative or business operations experience. Experience working with internal and external health care stakeholders (e.g., physicians, clinical staff, and administration). Supervisory experience. Demonstrated experience in supporting or maintain information systems and/or electronic health records. Extensive experience utilizing a variety of reporting tools to extract data and prepare ad hoc reports. Proficiency in Excel, Access and SQL programming.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree. Leadership experience in a clinic or health care environment. Advanced knowledge of statistical methods or analytic techniques. Advanced knowledge and mastery of MS Access and Excel. Experience in health outcomes research and project management experience.
