Kapi'olani Medical Specialists (KMS) is a specialty physician group dedicated to caring for Hawai'i's women and children through excellence in academics, physician training, medical research and clinical care. The group is comprised of over 100 Specialists, Nurse Practitioners and other staff, covering newborn to women's health services at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children. KMS operates exclusively for charitable, scientific and educational purposes, offering highly specialized care options at Kapi'olani and building support for these services within Hawai'i as a whole. The group’s specialty areas include: Neurology, Orthopedics,Genetics, Adolescent Medicine, Otolaryngology, Behavioral Health Services, Hematology/Oncology, Neonatology, Pediatric Intensive Care, Family Medicine and the full spectrum of Pediatric Specialties. Its Women's specialists include Breast and General Surgery, Adult Hospitalists and GYN Oncology.

As the Business Office Supervisor, you join the team that is responsible for the day-to-day operation and efficiency of the department. You will oversee general operations; coordinate functions related to patient scheduling, registration, charge capture and data entry; and support front line registration and clerical staff as needed. We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational and communications skills who shares our commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Three (3) years of progressive experience in a fast-paced environment, to include leadership, management or supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Health care supervisory experience. Successful coach or mentor.
