As the Information Security Technical Analyst, you will join the team that is dedicated to ensuring and building security and confidentiality for Hawai‘i Pacific Health Information Systems. You will be responsible for testing and validating the organization’s information security technology to ensure it meets applicable State and Federal regulatory standards and Hawai‘i Pacific Health approved exceptions based on risk acceptance. You will also identify gaps in Hawai‘i Pacific Health information security, recommend solutions and collaborates with Information Systems staff to mitigate them; as well as recommend and install tools, procedures and processes for the testing and validating of administrative, technical and physical information security controls. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Health Care or related field and/or an equivalent combination of relevant education, training and experience. Three (3) years of work experience installing, configuring, testing, and supporting desktop computers, file servers, networks, related applications, and/or infomation systems including direct end-user support and/or consultation. Valid driver's license and abstract. Current Hawai’i auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Service Manager (CSM), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent certification. Experience configuring, and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Citrix Presentation Services and/or Microsoft Exchange Server. Experience implementing and supporting information systems data security concepts and procedures. Experience implementing, operating, and supporting enterprise data backup technologies and processes. Experience documenting Information Systems policies and procedures. Experience with/knowledge of PCI (payment card industry) requirements.
