At Hawai‘i Pacific Health the Financial Planning department provides quality financial services to the organization’s systems, directors and internal staff by acting as a liaison and business partner. Department staff offer in-depth financial analysis and review of the organization’s operations to understanding past financial performance and its impact on the future; develop new and effective programs; and to ensure the financial viability of the entire organization over time.

If you are resourceful, detail-oriented and talented with numbers, you could be the ideal candidate for our Financial Analyst position. In this role, you will provide financial analysis and review of System operations to understand past performance and its impact on the future, develop new programs, and ensure the financial viability of the System. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and information management skills who shares our commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Three (3) years experience in business or finance. Extensive knowledge of computers, including Access, Excel, Pivot Tables, Crystal Reports, and Power Point.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a health care setting working in finance, coding, billing and/or reimbursement.
