Job Description
Kaua'i Medical Clinic is the island’s largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group. More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue.
The Cardiology Neurology team at Kaua‘i Medical Clinic offers a full range of adult, non-invasive cardiovascular services, such as stress testing, echocardiography and pacemaker monitoring. Kaua‘i residents can also benefit from having their diagnostic and/or interventional (stent) cardiac catheterization performed at Straub Clinic & Hospital, and doctors on either island can view medical and testing information to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient cardiac care.
As the Clinic Registrar Receptionist, you will be on the front line of customer service and support for patients at Hawai‘i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics. This involves performing a broad array of administrative and customer service tasks to process clinic patients and coordinate their needs with physician services. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and communication skills, ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a recognized medical secretarial program. Two (2) years of experience in a medical office, clinic or other health care setting.
