Its Women's specialists include Breast and General Surgery, Adult Hospitalists and GYN Oncology.
At Kapiolani Medical Specialist, our Pulmonology team provides comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic lung disease, asthma, cystic fibrosis, apnea, and recurring pneumonia, including diagnosis and treatment of breathing and lung issues.
As a Medical Assistant, you will form part of the dedicated team of physicians and medical staff at KMS that provide caring, thorough health services to our patients and their families in our Pediatric Surgery department. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of patient care activities for clients of all ages. We are looking for someone detail-oriented and attentive, with strong communications and patient care skills and a commitment to create a healthier Hawai‘i.

Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent. Completion of a Medical Assistant Program and/or equivalent experience. Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), or National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Must be able to complete departmental competency assessment by conclusion of orientation period.
